They are very yummy eggs though not as yummy as the ones straight out of our backyard I get when I go home for holidays. After having chickens (or chickie-boos as my mom and I are inclined to call them) and seeing their personalities/the color and shell thickness from a healthy chicken I could never go back to pale yellow mass produced sad eggs and am lucky enough to be able to afford the happy ones. My therapist suggested I go to the farmers market, apparently they have farm fresh local eggs. I should do that sometime, I'm sure I'd like it there. Though I do wonder if they would have persimmons. I know they're entirely out of season but I WANT ONE. (well I assume they're out of season since I can't find them anywhere. I don't actually know what persimmon season is to be entirely honest)
