Go to the Market. All the items are in those shops. You are allowed to choose from the Public FA section. Just remember you get two regular items and one JB item (available JB items can be found here).

Ahh so wings and stuff are not available at this time Not sure what I want yet at all, but it is awesome that you do this. ^^

If you go to the shop called Nip and Tuck, there are two sets of wings. There's also some in the Limited Bazaar.

Oh must only be for females doesn't show up for me at all. Only thing showing in limited bazaar for me is two skin things.
