As the snow comes down with an end of winter chill, we start to remember that the season of love and friendship is here. This can can only mean one thing, the 2nd Annual Faenaria Valentine's Ball is here! This time, it's fully sponsored by staff, and we have some killer prizes!
Those of you who have been around for a while will remember this event from last year. It was an avatar contest, similar to the Halloween Ball. This year, however, it's a bit of a different one! This one is a bit more hands on! We're having a valentines making contest! That's right! Make a valentines card either IRL with arts and crafts supplies or digitally with a program like Photoshop or Illustrator. Take a picture of it and make sure to post it here!
The theme will be:
Faenaria Valentines!
What do you love most about Faenaria? The Fae Avatars, pets, friends, lore? Something else? Let us know with a love out little world! You can use official art from the site to make your valentine, like pets or avatars!
The prizes for the contest are going to be amazing!
3rd place will be winning 50,000 Wish Shards! That's a good chunk of change to spend!
2nd place will snag 10 Dream Shards! You'll be rolling in fancy clothing in no time!
1st place get the grand prizes: The brand new minipet, the Baby Heart Manticore!
However, that's not all! They will be getting a unique Valentine's version of the new Elizabeth Gown! This version is being released Valentine's 2020, but the winner will get it this year instead of waiting until next Valentine's! Stay ahead of the fashion curve!
Be sure to get these entries in before Valentine's Day, as we will be announcing the winners that day!

Yes, we are still hashing out our lore. I'm working on a timeline since our lore stretches back to a "creation" period and there are a lot of events leading up to where the game begins. I hope to start revealing everything soon though! Also the lore in the old news posts might be outdated. While similar, we have made some changes to help flesh out the world better and allow for a more dynamic and fun environment for the world. n.n
