Welcome, Faenarians, to our new monthly avatar contest! The staff have been talking for the last week or so about doing a weekly avatar contest, but we thought to start off we would see if there was enough interest by doing a monthly one.

We've decided to call the contest FAD, but we hope it becomes much more than that! It may change a bit from month to month (or maybe sooner, who knows what interest we may get) just like fads do, but hey, it's boring being the same all the time, right? Anyway, I hope this is something you all will enjoy just like we will seeing all your creativity.

• Follow all TOS and site rules.
• Submit avatar designs using our Fae Avatars (for more detail on the FA, read the FAQ)
• Please, make a new post if you add more entries and I have updated, I don't want to miss any entries.
• You can only join from your main account, no mules or ninjas.
• There is a maximum of 5 avatar entries per person!
• Avatars must fit the current month's theme, if it doesn't, it won't count.
• No CYO items (custom items you made or were made for you by a site artist), please.
• Entries will be accepted from now until October 6th @ 5:00PM FaeTime. (that's the time on the clock in the bar at the top).
• Winner will be announced on October 11th!
• Have fun!


• You do not need to own the items to join, just use the Market dressing system.
We do know, however, that centaur doesn't work properly in this system and will not count against you if that is something you use.
• Please, host your images on imgur.com or another site that allows you to post an image on another site.
• Staff will be judging this avatar contest.
• If you win, you can not participate in the following month's contest.


First place:
• Gets 25,000 WS.
• The opportunity to judge the following contest along with the staff.
• Pick the following contest theme (must be staff approved).
• Have their winning avatar placed on the main page.

IF we get enough interest, we'll give a runner up prize... and maybe more!

By the way, I was also protesting yesterday (FFF), and these were the colours I wore - not that exact outfit due to missing open jackets and no prints on shirts, but I actually wore those colours!

(Yes, I do have some gray hair already - not the typical FFF participant, but since yesterday was kinda special ...)
