@Flederfalle Congrats, you've earned a ticket! There is no specific information on Baltaris...yet. But due to the info we already have, he was a bad guy That's all I can say for now! Hang in there and sooner or later, we'll find those pesky lost scrolls and history accounts about him in the disorganized library.
