We went and got our third fan this morning. :3 We'll bring one of them to the cottage too. So lucky that there are webstores X3 when the physical stores are out of them.

Yes you're very lucky! Here they would both be sold out LOL. What has the temperature been there?

I feel like the odd one out, it's been unseasonably cool this summer. Normally it's 30C+ every day, spiking up to 40, but we've only had a few days that got up to 30. It's mostly been in the 20-25 range.

LOL Nic I don't know what that converts to in farenheit. But I get it, it hasn't been quite as hot here as it usually is for July. We had a couple of days that were super hot, but other than that it's been pretty comfortable.

We've had 31 celcius which is 87.8 Farenheit. :3 That temp is not normal for Sweden at all blerg. Too hot for us. It doesn't even feel nice it's just trying and wearying and we're just tired all the time and no energy for anything. Dislike the heat mucho much we do.

That's pretty hot for where I live too. I like it around 70 myself.

The weather this week has finally cooled off enough that biking isn't an exercise in sad sweaty sadness which has done wonders for my mood upon arrival at work. I bike to work so loving the slightly cooler and more importantly humidity reduction.

I should have a partially fun day today. I have lunch with friends, it's gonna be short though, because I have a doctor appointment about my back at 1:30. Hopefully can get some answers!

Lunch with friends always makes a fun day! And medical answers are super wonderful!
Also the system added emoji made me giggle.

Lunch with friends sounds lovely Aleah. I'm grabbing lunch with a friend tomorrow and then I'm rather spontaneously traveling with another this weekend which is crazy but it's absolutely going to be worth it. Except perhaps the literally sleeping on her floor (she's moving in this weekend so there is no furniture to be had). That may hurt a bit
Is good though because being able to spend time with friends helps give meaning and happiness to life.

Aello
That sounds amazing! Even the sleeping on the floor. Being able to hang out with friend really does help give meaning and happiness to life. Especially if it tends to drone on day to day.
So aside from fun plans today, how is everyone doing?

I'm doing pretty well. Waiting for a call back from a doctor. The one I saw today thinks my back problems could be medication related. So now I need to talk to the doctor who prescribed said medication.

Oooo. That sounds like it's one step closer to an answer and a fix! That's pretty great...I mean obviously the back pain isn't great and if it's linked to a medication that you need that works for you otherwise that's not great either. But I come from a group of friends that don't always get answers from doctors so we celebrate even when it's one step closer...
Aka, had a friend go 14 years with undiagnosed Lyme disease and has many different health issues spawned from it and no one even thought to test for Lyme. They just told her they didn't know what was happening and when she said it was Lyme they told her Lyme didn't exist anymore...

Wow, Lyme doesn't exist anymore? I had an acquaintance who died from complications of Lyme . . .

Yeah. She was literally told that by several doctors, for 14 years. But she finally got an answer. Unfortunately it's too late to really fix anything so she's on a cocktail of antibiotics to gift the Lyme and keep it from getting worse.
Also, sorry about your friend.

We have a similar problem here in BC, Canada. There've been people with Lyme that went undiagnosed because doctors claim that we don't have Lyme here, even tho there's been several confirmed cases.
Backer

Aello
The problem really started cause in the 70's and 80's they were vaccinating people against Lyme and it worked. Lyme cases disappeared. So they stopped vaccinating against it...and now Lyme has its fingers in hundreds of people now. And if you don't catch it early enough it turns into a chronic illness that never really gets better.
