Nothing exciting ever happens in my life LOL. I hope I can work out tomorrow, my neck is pretty sore right now. I have a bulging disc, and I think I aggravated it.

Yikes on the bulging disk! I hope it starts feeling less sore.

Probably a good idea and maybe alternate some warm and cold. It helps with tenderness. Also, if you've got dome, peppermint oil helps too.

I decided to skip the workout today. IDk if I'll be able to get up early and go tomorrow, I have a dentist appt at like 10: 30 and t's a half hour from home in the other direction
