yep . I can't keep track. I have at times a very small brain. My brain does not really distinguish the hut meadow and mornings. They all sort of blur together in this amorphous blob of venting about our lives.

I love my internet at work. It seamlessly links me to things. My internet at home seems to forget who I am and more disappointingly doesn't automatically log me in to all of the many many online scientific journals I end up consulting on a regular basis. Though to be entirely fair the library access button (which I still don't entirely know how it works, it's some sort of proxy server that basically you drop into your bookmarks and then click on when you need it) works really really well and I have no complaints, it's just an extra button

I'm glad you have an internet that works well at work! I don't understand proxy servers at all, I didn't grow up around computers, so there's a ton I don't know.

but while I was googling that I discovered something even more magical. There's a website called the useless web which links you to a random useless part of the internet. It took me to a page of animated corndogs . I love it.

bumping. I am wondering if anyone has plans for Valentine's Day? I'm obviously not doing anything, but I hope others are doing something special.

I bought a bag of chocolate hearts to give my coworkers. I have the best coworkers. I figured they deserve chocolate.

Nope, never do anything for Valentine's. Oh well.

I never do either. And I don't work, so I don't even have coworkers. But I do belong to a knitting and crocheting group at church, it gets me out of the house LOL

I do work, and I have co-workers, but that means nothing. Don't really do anything outside of work. Sometimes, but not very often. Work gets me out of the house but that's all.

Yeah, when I worked, it was for a small bank. There were only 5 of us.
