actually, due to a weird thing at the library, when i went to borrow it, it turned out the copy on the shelf was no longer in the system.... so now i own it!

@Demyx ,sweet! Yeah, it was one of the first SW books I ever read. People still look at me funny in my RPs when I have the rancors being smart and caring critters. There's a miniature one at the pet store in my Backwater nexus, working janitor duty while he waits for a nice person to bring him home. Yes, sentients can be pets there, if they choose to be. The people cats love it.

I got some loot today, but I paid for it. Got the one pokemon I couldn't resist, in the only legal form I could find him in. And bought Playdate Rapunzel. Don't worry, I still have plenty to buy the Rapunzel type girl from you, @trystan . Don't know why I said that. I'm tired babbling.

And Playdate Rapunzel's hair is VANQUISHED aka finally braided neatly. That stuff is nuts. What was Jaks Pacific thinking when they used that fibre? I've never seen so many tangles in my life. ...Yes, I know she's from a movie called 'Tangled', but she didn't have any in the movie.

But yeah. I got the new doll sorted out. Without freaking. Wow. I wonder when I got replaced with a podling.

I got the doll I was working on for a commission finished, but I got another commission yesterday, so I need to get that going.

Nice. I got the smaller doll finished yesterday, just need to find out what kind of underwear the lady wants on it. I used my new niddy noddy to make the starter skein, and that made things SO. Much. Easier.

Also, Weird has gone dotty. I like some of the new FA items. Wish there were a nice grassy and trees background so I could get her off this beach. I don't like beaches.

I'm off the beach... At least not at ocean. I was going for a lakeside feel.

@FireLilly , it's all beach to me. Large expanses of water tend to give me really painful eyestrain from the glare, even when I'm wearing sunglasses and the sun hat. I just noticed, your avatar's outfit is really pretty!

@trystan , have you seen 'Labrynth'? I have it, 'Dark Crystal', and another movie with fantasy and muppets all in one package. I don't tend to watch the others as often as 'Dark Crystal', though.

i LOVE Labyrinth!! seen it a few times, own it on DVD.....

and.... believe it or not, the first time I saw the Dark Crystal was like 2018 or 19..... :O

I think I was around that time for the first seeing of 'Dark Crystal', too. Never saw it til I was an adult able to buy DvDs for myself.

There's one scene in 'Labyrinth' that troubles me, so I don't enjoy it as much as I could. Not in the story itself, just some technical stuff.
