Neighbours started partying last night at midnight. When I passed out from exhaustion at five, they were still going strong. I woke this morning at seven, and they were still talking. I got home from the market at around 3:30, and the music was playing away.

I turned on the fan, crawled into bed, and passed out again.

That sounds kinda nuts to me. How can they party so long!? I'm impressed you were able to sleep with that... I have a hard time falling asleep when it's noisy. (But I also hear 10x louder than normal, so...)

I don't know how they can party so long. And as I said, I passed out from exhaustion. I'm on the Autism spectrum, and very sound sensitive, also have CPTSD, and was trained from childhood to be always aware of my surroundings, so it's really hard to focus sometimes, even, with their noise going on and almost inevitably starting after ten o'clock. Thankfully, though I feel a little bad for them, these neighbours have been evicted. The fact that they're already packing (all night) shows that I maybe don't need to feel bad, because they've found a new place already.

I have a lot of issues including suspected Autism spectrum, known hyper hearing (I hear 10x louder than normal people), PTSD, ADD, a severe anxiety disorder... A lot of things. And my upstairs neighbors are always loud as heck during the day. They have little kids, and the kids are always jumping around and getting yelled at, and I hear it all. Honestly, I think I've wished on a star that they'd leave... But I've had way worse neighbors before, including dangerous ones, so I'm not going to ask them to quiet down. xD

You've been hoping these neighbors leave for a long time now. So glad they will be bothering other people instead of you. Here's to hoping you get nice, friendly, quiet neighbors.

I sleep with great difficulty. On the plus side, when I fall asleep I'm as deep as the dead. Almost nothing can wake me up. Almost. But falling asleep is the challenge. xD

I love your font. I didn't know we could change fonts! How do you choose one (like is there a list?) and how do you not be lazy to code it in? xD

@Juneberry I hear better too, though old damage has made it so it's not ten times. I've blown at least one ear drum out from coughing too hard in my childhood. And yes. Even with the stress these guys were putting me under, I still liked this place better, because the LAST place had bedbugs, people jumping off balconies (once), and neighbours who filled the apartment with pot smoke so badly that I couldn't breathe (I'm allergic). Thankfully, most the time I can sleep when I go to sleep... and once I register a sound as non threatening, I can sleep right through it. I'm trying to not train myself to do that with fire alarms. >.>

@Yeladim I'm SO grateful. Though now the silence down there has me nervous. Yay, CPTSD. *shakes head at self*
