I am one of your Friendly Insurance Agents. I sell insurance to businesses, building owners, and contractors. It's not overly fun, but I like my clients and they always keep it interesting.

I commented to a couple people that autism is my super power, and drumming is kryptonite.

I don't have autism and drumming affects me too. After 5 minutes or so I get the worst headache.

actually, library books take precedence over my own books, because library books have a due date.

My mental health has been so bad lately...it's like I have to walk on eggshells around myself to avoid causing a breakdown, and pretty much none of the people around me are that careful.

Right now I'm too depressed to move and I have a six-year-old begging for food in my ear.

not big. cute little cozy murder mystery.

@trystan , Ahhhh. Cozy mysteries. I've got one of those in my library. The mystery solver was a writer. Of mysteries, IIRR.

this is the "Fixer-Upper series." the main character, Shannon, is a contractor who specializes in rehabbing Victorian mansions that are all over her little town. and then someone that no one likes turns up dead. so Shannon and her friends try to investigate to find out whodunnit, but the killer ends up revealing themselves in the end

the same author also has a "Bibliophile" series, where the main character restores old books, i think...... i have that on my list to read next

Ahhh. Never heard of that one. But I have a RP character who does that with old houses. She's a reporter who covers the rough and dangerous stories overseas, and who doesn't do it for money, but for making sure people are heard and bad things are exposed. Her name's McKennon Reese. And she accidentally wound up with a faithful butler in the course of one adventure in her own country.
