If you observed Memorial Day, how was your day yesterday? We didn't do anything, Mary had to work.

We didn't do anything.
I was working online with a little bit of chatting and then went offline to relax and watch some video game play through's.

We just had some bratwurst and cole slaw and potato salad, an easy dinner

How do you make your potato salad? We use cooked potatos, slice them after cooling, then add mayonnaise, slices of pickled gherkins, pieces of hardboiled eggs and half a cubed cucumber.

Mary is the one who makes the Potato Salad. Cooked potatoes, cut up, then mayo, celery, onion, hard-boiled eggs and radishes. It's very good!

If it didn't contain celery, I'd even believe that! Celery is one kind of food where I'm wondering how it ever got the definition as "food"!

Happy Hump day everyone! I'm feeling fantastic because I'm leaving the house to have lunch with my son Kyle. I don't know if Qdoba is a national chain or just local, but that's where we are going for lunch. I love their burritos! Kyle actually works there so hopefully we will get an employee discount!

It's Thursday, only one more day till the weekend! It's supposed to rain here for the next few days.

We're not completely open. I believe we will be opening things fully back up at the 5th of June.

@Kijo - happy to see you! I'm kind of disappointed, my youngest's birthday is tomorrow, and there really aren't many places that are open for dine-in. So I get to miss Nick's birthday too. Unfortunately, Melissa's fiance Jordan was exposed to Coronavirus, and they said they're not going anywhere until they get a negative test. Melissa is taking this very seriously. as well she should.

@Aleah: as she should. I'm glad she's taking the initiative to stay home

@Kijo I'm really worried for Jordan, both of them actually. I hope he's negative!!
